COUPLES  EDUCATION & WORKSHOP

Couple or family mediation will provide tools to help strengthen and grow your connection. You will learn tips to improve your love and create more fun and understanding. In these sessions, you will truly get to know your partner on a deeper level so you can love and commit to each other in ways that is fulfilling for each person. As a conflict resolution coach and mediator, I can facilitate couples, family members or colleagues to bridge the gap of their respective positions. The mediation process will involve open communication, help couples to identify problems of their conflict and resolve them with and without the mediator. The sessions will help guide couples toward mutually agreeable solutions. This is great for those who are in a relationship, engaged, married, or any type of partnership.

 

 

As a Gottman Workshop Leader and Prepare Enrich Facilitator, Marquita can help couples in a group setting identify their strengths and weaknesses and learn to build upon them. This will be a fun and interactive workshop with your partner. There will be a mixture of learning and practical exercises. The aim of these tools are to provide couples with practical tools to enhance and improve their relationships while learning to understand each other better based on the foundation of research. The information is about offering couples the education to repair their relationships sooner, be equipped to handle issues before problems arises in their relationships or simply grow and enhance their relationship. Depending on the program you choose, this can be multiple couple sessions or participate in a 2-3 day workshop.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Personal Development coaching will involve exploring your personality style, core values, motivations, behavioral patterns, life's purpose and mission. This will be a path of self-discovery, self-understanding and self-acceptance. Once you understand who you are, what you're here for, how to do what you're here for you can take actions to support yourself, your values, your happiness and live in integrity. Our sessions will provide you with information to help you to live a more intentional, prosperous and fulfilling life.

TEAM BUILDING AND REAL COLORS WORKSHOP FOR ORGANIZATIONS

Do you want your company or organization to have a better working environment? Are you interested in building better workplace relationships and improve team engagement? Would you like employees to excel, increase productivity, performance, and grow in their positions or within the company? If so, Real Colors is the training for your organization. Real Colors workshop is a fun, dynamic and impactful training that will allow all employees to understand characteristics and traits of their personality and others to learn how to effectively communicate and accomplish task in their everyday lives, work related duties and working relationships. This workshop is designed to facilitate positive group interaction, reduce tension, improve productivity and teach individuals how to get along with those who communicate or work differently than them.

 

Real Colors training gives you a level of insight into the things that motivate you and others. It can help with conflict resolution, fostering a more positive and growth filled work environment and increase overall moral within the company. This workshop is for corporate, organizations or larger groups of 16 or more.

 

This workshop experience will use personality type testing. The goal is to provide participants with the skills to:

 

• understand human behavior

• uncover motivators specific to each temperament

• improve communication with others

In workshops, participants will:

• gain an understanding of the four colors (each corresponding to a personality type)

• discover where they fall as an individual on the Real Colors spectrum

• learn to recognize characteristics of each of the four colors

• learn how to effectively communicate with each color

• gain insight into how to work with different colors

• discover ways to include each color in the organization and how it relates to the organizational mission.
